Aphaia is proud to become a sponsor of the Slovene law-student delegation to the annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot that is this year taking place in Hong Kong.
The goal of the world-wide Vis Arbitral Moot is to foster the study of international commercial law and arbitration for resolution of international business disputes through its application to a concrete problem of a client. Students of the Faculty of Law that is part of the University of Ljubljana have in the past achieved great results in the competition, receiving several awards for best speakers.
This year’s moot topic deals, inter alia, with certain legal aspects of international trade in information technology.
