On 12 April 2011 Aphaia’s Chief Consultant, Boštjan Makarovič, LLM will speak at the FTTx Summit Europe 2011 in London, United Kingdom.
The FTTx Summit is to take place from 11 to 14 April 2011, and will bring together various case studies to detail the business models and deployment strategies for deploying fibre optic networks that telecoms and cable operators are using in an effort to justify the business case for deploying fibre networks and optimising the roll-out of the chosen NGA technology, whilst complying with evolving regulatory frameworks.
At the event Mr Makarovič will examine cases for and against the regulation of NGA, identifying the regulation in place to support the development of NGA infrastructure across Europe and determining when and how to implement fibre networks whilst complying with regulatory stipulations, effectively balancing investment and competition.
